I have a flat screen LG smart tv and want to connect my kamron audio to it if possible using my spectrum cable box

First, sorry to hear you got those scam speakers, they are sold by people that like to say they cost thousands and make is seem like a deal when they sell it to you for for $400 or something when they are actually worth maybe $100 and are pretty bad quality.

You don't connect the speakers to the cable box, you connect the audio output on the TV to the system. There is just about 0 info about what inputs the surround sound setup has and you did not give any info about your TV either. What inputs are on that system and what outputs are on the TV? You may need to get an optical audio to analog adapter to connect the TV to the speakers.
