Can you please help me on how i can connect my bluetooth headphones to Samsung 4k UHD tv (6290).

TV doesn't have analog audio outputs so that BT transmitter can't be connected directly. Get one with optical input like this one.

Also you may be able to pair the phones without a transmitter
