Connect PC to TV with Bluetooth

I have an Intel Nuc that has Bluetooth built-in which I can plug my headphones into it, I want to use my 3.5mm to Bluetooth and connect my Nuc to it so I can listen to the TV while having my headphones on. I would use wireless Bluetooth headphones, however I'm a quadriplegic and cannot hookup my Bluetooth headphones by myself. What I need a 3.5 mm transmitter/receiver or is this not possible

If you want to listen to the TV you need to connect the headphones to that not the Nuc.
Depending on the TV you can use a bluetooth transmitter to pair wireless phones with that. Ones like these

might work since you can wear them rather than put them on.
