Solved! Connect TV and Laptop via Home Audio System

I want to connect TV to get video output of Laptop, and to get Home Theater Audio output of Laptop.
e.g I want to play movies/music from Laptop but audio should come from Home Theater and video from TV.

I have
TV : Samsung UA32EH4003R [only one HDMI, no Optical Audio Input]
Laptop : HP 15-af103ax [only one HDMI, no Optical Audio Input]
Audio System : Phillips HTD5510/94 5.1 Home Theater [one HDMI output - ARC and one Optical Audio Out]

Please help me to connect these devices.

The optical port on your Phillips HTD5510 is an INPUT. Your TV has no audio outputs that I can find. You will have to use an audio splitter on the HDMI out of the laptop. Something like this -- https/www.amazon.com/dp/B01I9JG70A/ref=asc_df_B01I9JG70A5045280
This will provide an optical OUTPUT from the laptop HDMI which can go to the Phillips. The HDMI would then go to the TV.

One HDMI cable from Laptop (OUT) to new Device (INPUT).
Audio Optical cable from new Device (OUT) to Phillips Home Theatre (INPUT).
Another HDMI cable will go from new Device (OUT) to TV (INPUT).

Am I correct ? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also do I need to buy HDMI 1.4 (ARC) or 2 version Cables ?

By connecting this will I get the 5.1 output ?

That would be the correct connectivity. Assuming your laptop outputs 5.1 you should get it on your Phillips.
