Connecting amplifier to Surround Back Pre Out

I have a Pioneer VSX-322 and would like to connect speakers using the Surround Back Pre Out. What type of amplifier do I need to connect to connect to these 'Outs' to run my speakers? Do I need a Power Amp or can I use an Integrated Amp?

Thanks for that. Can I plug into any of the Line In connections on the second amplifier (Aux, Phono, CD, Tuner etc) or should I use a specific one?
