Hi, I have a 90's PANASONIC stereo with CD, casettes, etc. How can I plug it to an AV receiver?

Without the model number or a picture of the connections available there is no way to give you an exact answer.
If the stereo has a record output then that would be the connection to use. A stereo RCA cable would be all you need.
If the stereo has a headphone output you could use that.
If it has neither than an adapter like this one

connected to the speaker terminals or wire would give you a line level output for the AV receiver.
