I want to run my firestick with my Optoma HD20(COA) projector which is ceiling mounted through my Samsung HT-C5500 Blu-ray Home Theater which only has HDMI out. My audio and video flows through the Samsung. When connecting directly to the projector I get video but no sound....The box on top of the DVD player is an AT&T U-verse IPN4320 cable box.
How can I get my stick to show through my projector with sound?

You will need an HDMI input selector with audio extraction like this one.

Connect the Samsung, AT&T, and Firestick to it with HDMI. Connect the HDMI out of the switch to the projector.
Connect the audio out of the switch to the Samsung. Use the digital audio outputs if possible. It will depend on what kind of audio input the Samsung has.
