Your speakers will likely need an amp to power them. Since you are using the TV with your computer, you want to connect the speakers to the computer audio, not to the TV. Without you listing the brand and models of what you have, no way to know how to wire them or what else you may need.

If the TV has a headphone jack then try that.
It might be possible to connect the speakers directly to the wires going to the internal TV speakers.
Neither may not play them loud enough. Then you need an amp.
