Connecting Huawei Sonic to Gotalk Global in Italy

Hello,
My smartphone alternates between recognising Telecom Italia SPA as the connector for Gotalk Global, and No Service - Emergency Calls only.

Any ideas as to network settings I should use to reach Gotalk Global? I can't send or receive SMS, or connect to the Internet.

Hi skeapingk,

The gotalk Global SIM uses a different roaming setting when in Italy. Try switching your handset off and then on again, and select 'Custom Roaming' when prompted. This will allow you to make calls, send SMS and use mobile data.
