connecting my blue phone to the internet

Hi everyone
I have a Blu Dash 5.0 plus and a Bku Studio C Mini.

I have a 2 gb internet plan on both phones here in Namibia. I am able to make calls and text, but the internet doesnt seem to be working. I am able to use it with wifi.

Have tried a few things but to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how my phone csnrexognize the internet from the network?

You must configure your APN.
APN or Access Point Name is the way that your phone connect to 3g/4g + mms. Your mobile operator must give you simple information to set your APN right. Then the internet should go on
