I recently bought a Energy S10.3-B sub and I want to connect it to my PC. It has a dedicated sub in mono RCA connection that needs to be connected into a sub out on a receiver but is there a way to connect bypass this? It also has connections for right and left channels in but I don't think my PC 3.5 mm has enough voltage and power to drive that.

The orange audio jack on your PC can be connected directly to the subwoofer with a cable that has a stereo mini plug on one end and 2 RCA plugs at the other. One of these RCA plugs is for the sub (the other for a center channel). Set the PC to 2.1 channels and adjust the woofer level to match to your other speakers.

My PC only had a blue, green and pink 3.5mm connection is was wondering is there a device that can take a audio out from a PC and split of a separate Sub channel? Or do I have to use a external DAC since I don't have any expansion ports for a Audio card?
