connecting my home theater to laptop

I have a Samsung home theater system (http/www.samsung.com/in/consumer/tv-audio-video/home-theatre/home-theatre-system/HT-F450RK/XL) and i need to connect my laptop and have 5.1 surround sound to work? is it possible

how can i use it? my laptops sound card doesn't support 5.1! so would sdk work?? can u please help me with a link about sdk and how to use it
