Connecting RCA soundbar to Emerson TV

I'm trying to connect a Emerson EWL20D6 TV to a RCA RTS7010B soundbar with a audio coax but I get no sound. Do I need an adaptor?

The single RCA jack on that TV is digital so you can't use it with that soundbar. You could get a digital to analog converter but it's easier for you can use the headphone jack. That would only require the correct cable.
