Connecting Samsung sound bar to TCL TV

I am trying to connect my Samsung sound bar HW-N550 to my TCL P4USM 65" 4K UHD Smart LED TV Model number: 65P4USM but cannot get any sound via HDMI (ARC) in and out. i can connect via bluetooth but the picture is not sync with the sound which i cannot tolerate. if anyone can assist that would be appreciated!

Try with an optical audio cable, if ports present to both tv and soundbar.
