connecting soundbar to toshiba tv with Audio coax lead to sony sound bar with optical digital cablle conneection

My TV has a SPDIF output to connect to sound system but sound system can only connect ia a HDMI lead or Optical digital cable. Is there an interface connection for these

The SPDIF may have both optical and coax capabilities. I would take a peek at the connection and if you see a red light, then it supports optical and coax. If so then you just need the correct optical cable.
