Connecting tv with two hdmi (no arc), one scart (in/out) and one phono out with AVR witn no scart

I want to connect my TV-two hdmi(no arc), one scart (in/out) and phono out with AVR which has all inputs except scart and hdmi(arc) out, to get sound from tv via my avr sound system. Maybe I should buy adapter for scart on my tv?

Did you connect the HDMI output of the AVR to the HDMI input of the TV? HDMI does carry sound as well as picture.

Yes, I tried but nothing happened. HDMI inputs on tv aren't label as ARC. I saw in manual for some other tv that it could be connected to a home theater with scart. I will ask in some shop but just don't want to buy something worthless.
