You don't, a receiver is powered, those speakers are also powered. You can hook up the speakers to a pre-amp, or use non-powered speakers with your receiver.

Connect a speaker to line level converter to the front or A speaker terminals of the receiver.
Connect the output of the converter to the input on the z650 speakers.
If the receiver is surround sound and these are your only speakers then set it to large front, no center, no rear, no sub.
