connection isn't private

Hi. My laptop got virus and Norton removed it but when I try to open chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, some random screen appears. I try to open some other site, it says that connection isn't private. Norton says there is no more virus.
I have a hp laptop with windows 10.
Date and time are correct.
Please help.

What is the random screen? Always the same screen? Is there a name/website URL on the screen? Any links or addresses? Something to help identify that screen?

Could be some left over "default" website that the virus installed and the AV was not able to revert back or otherwise delete?

Check all of your browser settings.

Check the LMhosts file.

Scan the registry for key words shown on the screen. (Be careful in the registry - backup first....)

Need to find out more about the problem and where it resides within your system. Then a solution can be sought.

Yes, there is a particular website that comes up everytime. I can't move beyond it. Maybe it is some default website left. I tried to reverse it but everything is correct in the browser settings. The default webpage is still google.com but doesn't show up.

what is the webpage???
run malwarebytes and check the results...
if u cannot browse in normal windows, try to boot in safe mode with networking...
also is ur norton and windows activated???
and does this happen in one particular browser or multiple browser???

As for the website - take a look at the hosts file. Perhaps there is an entry there that needs to be removed.
