I was wondering if you can see all of your direct connections' connections. For example, I have some people on LinkedIn that are 2nd connections, but I can't see who our mutual connection is. Does that mean if I search directly in my 1st degree connections, they wouldn't show up in our mutual's connections list either?

Hey, It should show up under your profile when you click on your connections.
It displays your 1st-degree connections as well as mutual connections on all your connections profiles.
