constant fps drops

Hello, I would appreciate if someone could help me. So the problem is that while I'm playing video games (does not matter what games, same thing with most of them, even older ones) at first fps is fine, but few minutes into the game my fps starts to drop to like 5-15, stays for couple of seconds and goes back to normal one and thats going constantly, like every 5 seconds - drops, stays, goes back up, drops and so on.

In csgo solution was that if I would disable multicore rendering, then I would have about 80 fps and the drops would not occur, however if I enable it then I have 150-200 fps, but the drops do occur.

Also my fans are in sync with the drops, every time my fps drops, I can hear my fans slowing down and when fps goes back up the fans go back to full power. So every 5 seconds they are going up and down.

these are the temps while in game, maybe they will tell you something.

looks like your CPU is over heating.

see if intel xtu program works with your CPU, xtu is a intel made program to monitor and tune your intel cpu, but i'm not sure if it works only to the expensive K variant or for all SKUs, give it a try at undervolting, as it will reduce your heat output significantly.
