I have a have a had tv and wish to listen with a pair of Bluetooth headphones what do I do and what do I need

What audio output ports does your TV have?

You need some sort of blutooth transmitter and receiver pair. Transmitter to plug into TV's audio output port.

Receiver at the headphone end for normal wired headphones.

However, because your headphonse are already blutooth you may be able to get by with just a transmitter.

Google "Blutooth audio transmitter". You should find links to many products.

Read the product specifications carefully and match to your headphones.

Recommend that you use a transmitter from the headphones' manufacturer if at all possible. That will avoid any finger pointing between manufacturer's if the connection does not work.
