Convert PDF to Word

I need to do some work and need to convert some scan documents to word.
Witch is the best one (for free)

You can try these. Most of the freeware versions won't support OCR function though - not sure if you need that for the documents you're working with.

Adobe acrobat reader already has that function.

Reader exports to an online Adobe application that requires a sign-up. The first two in the link I posted don't require an account or an email. Not a huge difference, but important to some. Personally, I use Adobe Pro - you can get it pretty cheap with a student/teacher discount.
