I cant open my pdf file that I created from another web site resume site what do I do How do I convert it to a jpeg?

ssems like unlees the file is ''broken'' and you got the latest reader it should work or the site retrieved you personal info and now ''got it'' and now prevents you from retrieving it to change or delete things ...

thing is the document is on there end so I don't know how you would convert it from there server or what ever ?
