Convert WEBM to MP4 freeware?

Can anything do this without a watermark and without the audio losing sync?

Take a look at Any Video Converter. Admittedly, there are some things not available with the free version, but it will do WEBM to MP4. I haven't tried converting a HTML 5 video to another format though, so I can't guarantee how well it will sync audio and video.

From everything that I've seen when I've used it, (or my wife has for that matter,) No. No watermarks.
