I'm considering picking up a convertible or touchscreen for my assistant. She takes a lot of notes by hand--she writes fast and small.

I've looked for videos of course. But every single video I have seen involves people writing 50-point font at about one word every ten seconds. Obviously ANY machine can handle that.

What I want to know is more like "will it keep up with a writer who is taking notes as fast as they can?"

I don't mind spending money on something like an Lenovo 9i, or even upgrading to a 4K screen if that's what it takes, but I want to make sure the results will work!

Small text not sure what can handle that because there is a limit of the stylus width and the pressure sensitivity will make the writing thicker (bold) if it's pushed on more, which will happen during fast writing. If you can, head to a store like BestBuy and demo some things they have there.
