Converting PC Speakers to TV Speakers

So, I wasn't really sure how to word the title of this post. Regardless, thanks for the help. I have these old 5.1 PC speakers that have three different inputs-green, orange, and black. As my TV and PS4 only have an optical cord input, I was curious if I could somehow get an optical cord converter so I could use these. All the converters I've seen are simply for RCA inputs and I'm not sure if I'm just searching for this wrong. Also, if these exist, suggestions for products, if allowed, are also appreciated.
