converting to mp4

When adding subtitles and converting 1080 mp4's, sometimes the final file doesn't play all the way through, suddenly stopping and refusing to playback more. Any ideas how to solve that? Thanks!

might want to use another program. Or the video(s) in question may be damaged in some way.

I can suggest to get a good quality software, Freemake is nice but I have see issues in the long run, I use WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe and adding external Subtitles is something I do a lot, due to my handicapped daughter that is hard of hearing, so I convert DVD to NAS MP4 all the time. and it is a solid program, to use. not free, but well worth the cost. https/www.winxdvd.com/hd-video-converter-deluxe/ is the web site and just noticed they are running a 35.95$ instead of 49.95$ sale right now....

again among 7 or 8 titles I have run through it was the best one I have used.
