Question Coolpad Legacy won't boot up

I have a coolpad legacy. My 2 year old daughter was using it last night, fell asleep and then accidentally peed on it now it won't work.

It will go to the boot up screen ,which normally says coolpad at the top and powered by Metro by T-Mobile then goes to next screen, but since it was peed on it says coolpad at top and powered by tmobile at the bottom but then "official" comes up in the middle then it does a little vibrate and turns back off, then repeat cycle unitl it died, i charged it and as soon as it was charged enough it continues to repeat the cycle. I had it in rice all day trying to dry it out since the back wont come off.

I am putting it back in the rice now and will try again tomorrow. In the meantime does anyone know what i can do/try?

Ps i have also tried holding down the volume up, down, and power all at same time. Ive also tried power and volume up. As well as power and volume down.... Nothing has stopped the cycle!!!

Water damage is not something that can be repaired if simply drying it out does not work. You can try taking it apart and cleaning it with some iso alcohol.

I don't even see any little holes for the screws to take it apart.

There may not be, or they could be hidden under rubber legs or stickers. If no screws then it's just clicked together and possibly glued in spots.
