coolpad note 3 not switching on not charging

phone - Coolpad Note 3
my phone fell down while charging in off mode (auto shut down at night and turn on in the morning) at night. now if I try turning it on, it is not responding. if I connect to charger, the phone vibrates, shows Coolpad icon, turns off, and repeats after a few seconds.
.not able to start in recovery mode or connect to PC. please help.

Sounds like you are going to have to have it looked at by a tech.
