Copy past issue in domain account

Solution
First thing, are you sure there is no policy setup to prevent that account form using copy/paste? If not, then easiest thing to try, logon as a local admin account, make a copy of your domain logon user profile (just put a .old after it). Delete that account name from the profile list in the registry, first make a copy of that key in case you need to restore it, logon again with it to create a new profile see if that works.
