Connect the tablet to the computer via USB cord and then you can move or copy any files from it over to a folder on the computer.

If you don't have the needed cord (they are cheap and it should have come with one) then you can (this will take longer) if the phone has WiFi or data access, email the files you want to yourself and then download them from the email on the computer.
