Core i5 14" laptop

Planing to buy a 14" laptop with i5 processor in India , min 4GB RAM with slots to expand and a good graphics card, rest other things are secondary.

Please suggest some good optins in range of 30-35K {Indian Rupee}

I have shortlisted Acer travelmate P246-M-524A and HP 240 G4 P4F78PT please review and suggest

When you say "good graphics card" exactly what do you mean? For your budget you can get a mainstream system for basic use, not for games if that is what you ware looking for. Neither of the laptops you listed have a good graphics card in modern terms, although they are more than good enough to deal with HD video and such. Just not for any newer games.
