Core speed drops suddenly

While playing games in my HP laptop the core speed drops suddenly to 0.3ghz and then becomes normal after 15sec my system temperature is normal 85°c -90°c please any help with this problem iam searching solution from past 1 month
I have
HP laptop
i5 8th gen
Speed 1.6ghz
RAM 8gb
AMD r5 m330 graphic card
