You can run Optifine.

The A8-6410 is a little less powerful than a Core i3 CPU and that is assuming all 4 cores are used. Most games do not use more than 2 core and I an pretty sure that applies to Minecraft.

The Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core is less powerful than the Intel HD 4000 which is in 3rd generation Intel Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs.
