Solved! Could I replace my 4G network chip in my phone with a 5G one? (Galaxy S8+)

Could I somehow replace the 4G network chip in my phone with a 5G chip so my current phone could connect to a 5G network without having to buy a 5G phone?

The "chip" is not something that you can plug in/out of the phone. It is integrated in such a way that this sort of upgrade is not possible. Sorry.
