Cpu cooler for g3258 @4.8 oc

So my budget for cpu cooler is around 30. Currently I have g3258 at 4.2 on stock cooler and it tops at 70 degrees.

I want to overclock more so I need new cooler.

1.coolermaster 212
2. Supermicro snk49a4

I wonder if supermicro cpu would be better because it is used in servers and xenon cpu... Also 5000 rpm...

Depends on the quality of the chip he got. Others have done it before, but that's only after they've won the silicon lottery.
