CPu on new build help!

Hi! So i got an asus sabertooth z87 and my question is:

- should i get an unlock i5 or a 3.5ghz i3?


I know i5 unlock is the best one but still it's just for casual gaming during summer since it's hard for me to game while in school 😛 so what would fit my needs better?

It depends on what resolution your going with.
If your going 1920x1080 or bigger, then the added memory in the i5 will be helpful too.
Also, the i5 has always been a good price/performance for better future proofing.
