Cpu swap help !

Hello,
I was wondering if I can swap a E8350 cpu with a T7500 that is surrently installed ? I have the E8350 on hand that didnt cost me anything, it has better specs 3.06 vs 2.2, 6m vs 4m cache but the FSB is 1033 vs 800 ? and the power usage is 44w vs 35w It is going in an old acer aspire 5315-2153 that I have already put 5gb RAM (didnt like 6gb ?) a 128 SSD,DDR2 6400 and a dvd/rw. Any help would be appreciated !

No it is a laptop part ! They both are socket P so I was just wondering if they could swap because I had one on hand a friend gave me ! Its a core too duo I made a typo it was supposed to be E8450 !! Sorry
