I have a pair of KRK Rokit 6's 3g, hooked up to a Scarlett focusrite 2i4 and run it to my usb attached to my motherboard. Here is a link to a video I made of the problem.

The crackling will start up after listening to any form of audio for over a minute. As you can see in the video if I unplug my interface and reset it, the crackling goes away, however, this fix is temporary and the popping returns after a minute or 2 has passed. I have plugged this interface/speaker setup into my laptop and there was nothing, no popping, no crackling, just good sound. I have also used different interfaces but they all make the same problem on my desktop but are perfectly fine on the laptop. This leads me to believe that the problem lies somewhere in the motherboard of my desktop. This computer has given me problems with popping in the past but never this bad.
(Here is another video of what it used to do from the past: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIcYiVVQRiU)
I am an Audio Engineer and I record people for a living so you can imagine that this is quite a big deal. I have been troubleshooting for a very long time and have tried nearly everything.
I have: Replaced the power source, added ram, taken out various parts of the computer at a time to see if anything was causing interference, put ferret chokes on all my wires, updated all of my drivers, searched my bios. All of which to no avail. I really hope someone can shine some light on the subject and help me fix this on-going problem. I hope I'm am just being an idiot and missed something and that this is a super easy fix. Thank you for taking time to read this, and thank you for helping in advance!
