Creating a boot disk

Hello,
I'm trying to create a boot disk to run the O.S automatically the moment it is inserted in the drive-but even after several attempts I've not been able to create one.
Kindly help with the steps to be followed

Ans: The O.S is Win XP/ Win XP-PRO
Also can a boot Disc for Win-7 be created??
The disc/s may be either a CD or DVD.

Venkat: The boot CD is to be O.S installation CD - preferably on a CD or DVD

Why don't u try the USB one?
