Creative speakers turn off randomly

Hi

I have Creative speakers 2.1 and they work fine, until suddenly the power goes off and the volume control led turns off as well. if i turn the speakers off and on again they work fine.

Seems to happen after about 10 minutes of usage.

Any ideas what this could be ?

Can you provide speaker model and what your audio source is ?
Some computer speakers will turn off with the computer and they may be incorrectly self powering down due to a faulty circuit in the speakers or a bad signal from the audio circuit on the computer.
