Hello,

I got a Compaq cq 50 - 107 au laptop. Accidently i upgraded the bios of a model Compaq cq 50 - 100 ca mode. Now i am not able to recover and have tried many ways as written in general articles.
How can i get my failed bios update reover?
Please help

Hello ankitsarad;

Your BIOS chip is going to have to be re-programmed. And type work needs specialized equipment.
An option might be to buy a correctly programed BIOS chip and have it inserted.
Both options will probably require a visit to a well equipped repair shop.
