Ctrl+Shift Not Working

After I spilled about 5mL of water into my laptop the keys stopped working. The next day they dried and they all work fine. Except for the Ctrl and Shift keys. On their own they work fine. But together Ctrl+Shift don't register. On the on-screen keyboard. Only one of them registers. I have tried with both Ctrl's and Shift's. Is this because of the connection between my keys? If possible please tell me how I could fix this.

Only fix would be to replace the keyboard unless you happen to have an electronic repair lab in your house where you can trace the circuits on the keyboard and see which one is not working.
