Cubot Phones - Yes or no?

I was browsing Amazon and was looking for a nice cheap phone that I could use for College. I came across the Cubot P9 and it looked like a solid looking phone, does anyone know if it'll be decent for some games and basic college use (phonecalls, calculator etc)

It is a clone of a Samsung Galaxy (Non mIni) although it's a bit bigger (5 inch screen)
