Cybertron Borg-Q GM4213A Desktop Help

I recently purchased the "CybertronPC Borg-Q GM4213A Desktop" from Amazon. I updated the graphics card correctly and started to play games with music on, not listening to the games. When I plugged in my Beats headphones, I could only hear the soundtrack and ambient noise, and the dialogue was very hard to hear, if I could hear it at all. I also tried with Apple ear buds and the same problem occurred. My PC has a 7.1 audio channel. I don't know what the issue is. Please help.

Did you update your audio drivers? Have you considered that this might be a problem with the game itself?

All audio drivers are updated and the problem occurs with multiple games.
