It depends the settings you try to run the game.
This 610M have a performance between Intel HD3000 and HD4000. It's also slower than a HD6450 desktop vga card.

Tomshardware tested the card (Link:Diablo III Performance, Benchmarked)

At page 4 we see that the HD6450 reachs 38fps at minimum details at 1280x1024.
Saying that I shall say that 610m graphics card isn't suitable for playing Diablo 3 using any quality settings. But if you don't mind about the graphics quality, using the lowest settings would make playing it feasible.

There's a thread on the Diablo 3 technical support forums, which I believe is here us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386227/ . One of the stickies shows unsupported graphic chips. I would look for you, but I'm at work.
