Damaged USB ports

The two ports that connect my laptop to the DSL and to the computer are badly damaged? Can these be replaced easily?

If you mean the Ethernet jacks, then you've got a rather nasty repair on your hands, but it can be done. You need lots of tools, though - unless you're into electronics, you likely don't have them.
