DDR3 on par with DDR3L on laptop?

Recently i bought a ram to upgrade my laptop's ram to 8GB. After i installed it approximately one month ago, i just realized when i'm looking at HWiNFO the ram I installed was 1.5V, but the OEM one is 1.35V

Is this safe for my laptop?
What effects could it bring?

The only major difference between DDR3 and DDR3L is the lower minimum working voltage. Most DDR3L should work fine at 1.5V, apart from using 20% more power than it would at 1.35V.
