dead/stuck pixels problem on my MSI GT-70

I've three white spots in my msi gt70 laptop matte screen . they don't go away and they are bright but they aren't noticeable unless you are looking for them . if the laptop's screen went black,you can't even notice them.you only notice them when you are on a white background
so i tried some pixel fixing videos on YouTube ,the ones that stream continuous changing-colors videos for long hours. but they didn't work
and since these pixels doesn't show up when the screen is black , i don't think they are dead .maybe just stuck
can anyone suggest any solution to try ?

JScreenFix has almost always worked for me. Of course if a pixel is really dead rather than just stuck, nothing can help it.

i tried jscreenfix but it didn't work.also on the website it says as long the pixel doesn't appear white on a black background , it isn't dead it's only stuck .my ptoblem is the pixels appear shiny white in white background .it doesn't appear at all in black background
any more suggestions ?
