For an APU, the faster the RAM, tighter timing and running in dual channel helps. So if there is only 1 stick of 4 GB RAM, putting another in to run in dual channel will make games run faster. Although the APU is only able to run recent games in low to medium.

because the resolution is only 1366x768, you should have no problem playing games at medium settings or high end games at a mix of medium/low.

The higher the resolution, the better the hardware needs to be to run games. That laptop will run games at medium. If it had a 1080p screen, it would struggle at low.

If you are relying on integrated graphics, then it is best to play games at 1366x768 and with a mix of low / medium settings depending on the game. Some games can be playable at medium settings while others will require low settings if you are interested in decent performance. Some very graphics demanding games may not be playable at all.
